We have shopped at comfort for many years now and always found them great to deal with. They are a great family company. They are honest, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a vast knowledge in all aspects of motability and disability goods.

We not happy with this company, we soon realised within the 2 weeks that it wasn’t fit for purpose, we wanted to return it unused but they flatly refused, how got a scooter sitting in our garage doing nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Purchased a type R from Steve. Very happy with the car and the service provided, Steve is a petrol head himself and it obviously mattered to him that I was a happy customer, gave me a fair price on my trade in too. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service ! I took an old electric mobility scooter to them on a Saturday morning and requested a service and, if possible, that this was undertaken by the Tuesday to enable me to take it on a planned visit to Sussex to my stepfather who has been experiencing mobility issues. They managed my expectations very well in that the earliest they would be able to start work on it would be the Monday. I called early afternoon on Monday and the staff member in the workshop said that he was about to start work on it and would be happy to call me to provide an update before they closed. He did this and advised that, subject to any issues with the tyres overnight, the service would be completed on Tuesday morning in time for me to collect it at 1030am. This happened. Staff offered to help me unload and load the scooter and moved one of their vans to enable me to use one of the parking bays to make the loading process easier and to avoid my car being in the road where, apparently, lorries often come round the corner quite quickly ! Thank you to everyone at Comfort Homecare. This was my first time using you and I will certainly recommend you to my friends.

Bob from Comfort Homecare visited my Dad in a care home on several occasions. He was informative and patient on both visits. Sadly my Dad passed away suddenly before his wheelchair was ready, but Bob was helpful and supportive in dealing with a refund and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this company and believe their priority is fairness over profit. Many thanks Bob.

Visited yesterday to buy a new manual wheelchair for my Dad. Received excellent service from Bob; who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different chairs available. He was really patient while Dad transferred from chair to chair to try them out and there was absolutely no sales push to buy. The whole experience was a stark contrast to our earlier visit to the Care Co. in Milton Keynes where we were essentially ignored. Don’t bother with them - just come straight to the professionals! Bought a chair, it was adjusted there and then and dropped off for us later the same afternoon. Absolutely 5 star service. Highly recommend.

Bought fireside armchair. Received excellent service from staff, including advice about wheelchair footrests being incorrectly set, thus putting pressure on dad's hips. This was rectified very satisfactorily. The armchair was ordered and was delivered within a week. Dad is now sitting more upright . Excellent service from knowledgeable staff.

My mother bought a small wheeled wheelchair from this company, after a month and hardly any use they asked if they could exchange it . An abrupt " No we don't do that " a was all they got , so the chair has hardly been used since its purchase in February. Surely the salesman could have advised them to her needs better than just getting the sale done . Not impressed at all with this company !! . Doubt if they'll reply .

Ok, so I am writing this on Behalf of a Customer, who doesn't have a google account. Not disability aid related, but Car Sales!! When looking for a car, found the perfect vehicle advertised on autotrader, called up and secured the vehicle via a small deposit. Sales staff were helpful, friendly and knew the details of the car, it was somewhat confusing when I Realized this was not a dedicated car sales. The dealership was a long way from my home address so it was critical that the vehicle was as described, and I can honestly say it was understated when we arrived to view. Staff were amazing and car was better than expected, the other vehicles that were for sale were also of a similar quality. Test drive sealed the deal and the vehicle was bought and driven away in a matter of an hour. I have been so impressed with the vehicle, its been fantastic, but as with all mechanical things problems arise. This is where this company and its staff really stand out. No quibbles, offered to rectify my issues, and to this end I was happy to bring the vehicle to them to fix, so they could use their own garage rather than pay extra to use one near me. This is because one good turn deserves another and they were just amazing. I can't fault this company or the Team. Bob and Steve you are both amazing people, you turned a really stressful experience in buying a new car, into a really pleasant one and gave me confidence that I had chosen the right company and I had bought the right car, and that the team would look after me as promised. Cant thank you enough

I have purchased a wheelchair access vehicle from this company and highly recommend them. Steve phoned me after making a enquiry on line and could not have helped and explained the vehicle any better. I part exchanged another WAV which I had purchased recently from a not so helpful company whereby I had made a mistake as the vehicle was too small for my needs. The vehicle was extremely well presented, the ramp and wheelchair fixings etc demonstrated with no hurry and all over the Christmas period. Thank you Steve and thank you Comfort Homecare.
