I can’t rate Bathroom Vogue highly enough. The team were really friendly, helpful, professional and informative, going above and beyond to help me design my new ensuite, family bathroom and cloakroom. Their extensive service started with the initial measure up and survey of where existing plumbing and extended right through to choosing tiles, flooring & colour schemes, all of which they can supply. They have a huge choice of brands, lots of displays & sample pieces in the showroom and a wealth of experience. I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars!

We chose Bathroom Vogue after a chance Google Maps search while walking around nearby Rowney Warren Wood. Up until then we'd been tempted by online-only retailers, but were very glad we went into a physical store instead as Bob, Jackie and their team were able to advise us on the different options. We were fitting a new loft conversion en-suite so had to order pretty much everything from tiles to fittings all in one go. Bathroom Vogue helped us with the latter and their personal touch, face-to-face suggestions/expertise + support throughout the ordering and fitting process was most welcome. It was handy being able to simply drive up from Hitchin when we needed a small replacement part without having to go through a faceless online Chat bot to discuss the issue we were having. All in all thoroughly recommended and they'll be our first port of call when we need to tackle our tired 1st floor bedroom next year.

What a find! I'm delighted with my new bathroom and ensuite room from Bathroom Vogue. Bob and his team are highly professional and absolutely customer focused in every respect. We have recently renovated our en-suite bathroom and I carried out all of the work myself. All of the bathroom was bought from Bathroom Vogue ( a company I have used a number of times over the past 20 years). Service and product were excellent and Bob's help and advice were invaluable to a leisure-time bathroom fitter such as myself!! Many thanks!

Well myself and my partner jokingly nickname bathroom vogue - bathroom rogue! After moving into our first property and decided our bathroom, en suit and downstairs toilet required updating. We wanted some advice along the way & also quality items. Having worked in the Shefford area I saw the shop and popped in on a number of occasions. We decided to start with our en suit. So all items priced up etc. Looking through the quote from bathroom vogue everything could be found substantially cheaper online but supporting local business we purchased our items and found a plumber to install. Very shortly after having our en suit finished and using the shower etc we noticed our shower tray had a hair line crack in the front surface. Contacted Bob several times about this issue finally he come out and looked at the defected shower tray. He agreed to replace the shower tray / give us another in case it got worse. After a few weeks Bob told us the company who make the shower tray are changing premises and he would sort it out when they have settled in. (Photos and emails to Bob where sent). There fore we went ahead and ordered a sink unit for our main bathroom. A few months later the sink just shattered whilst cleaning with water. Emails sent straight away! Popped into the shop the next day to sort this out once and for all. Bob promised to replace the broken sink which was sorted and out plumber invoiced Bathroom vogue. Shower tray to this date has not been received or any contact from Bob regarding this issue. On a positive the old delivery driver guy is very nice. Overall we found B&Q very good and cheaper and can even do a CAD design if you give measurements. If you think your buying quality stuff think twice as it isn’t worth the hassle!

We had 3 bathrooms refitted last year, all supplied by Bathroom Vogue. The service we received was absolutely fantastic. Bob came to our house to measure up for our peace of mind. He asked us about our vision for each room and then put together quotes for us including absolutely everything we needed - no detail overlooked. Bob really listened to what we wanted and took time to go through everything with us. We were absolutely delighted with the end result. Bob had a good relationship with our fitter (Paul of Oakenshield Kitchens and Bathrooms who I also highly recommend) which meant they were happy to organise any changes or adjustments directly, meaning we received a seamless and hassle free service. I can't recommend Bathroom Vogue highly enough. The service was first class and we really valued Bob's experience and expertise. The only downside is they don't do kitchens too!!!
