This was my first time I used The Garage Shefford and I was very impressed. Excellent customer service, carried out the work very quickly and with everything presented in a professional and customer friendly way. However, the thing I was most impressed with was their honesty. I booked in for a major service but when I picked my car up was told it didn't need that much work, as they had checked various filters etc and they didn't need changing. They therefore downgraded the service and saved me a few quid. I would never have known either way, and am so thankful they were that honest. Needless to say I will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will be back without hesitation next time my car needs work Service: Auto maintenance

Amazing customer service. Sadly when getting home I had a dent on the bumper of my car which by luck had been noticed straight after as I had gone to wash it. It was fresh as you could still see plastic bits . Thanks for that Service: General repairs & maintenance

Such an amazing experience as always with The Garage. Last week I had to call as an emergency as I had an issue with my brakes, they managed to fit me in within the hour and then had the issue fixed by the end of the day. Such amazing service, I always come here for my MOT and service aswell and cannot recommend this garage enough. I really cannot recommend this garage to people enough. I have only lived in Shefford for a year but used them for MOT and service on my car. I am soon to be emigrating to North America and had someone look at my car to buy it and pulled the old scam of putting engine oil in the coolant reservoir to try and get a good deal when they claim a damaged engine. Fortunately my neighbour saw them out of his window and I sent them packing. I was therefore left with a car that need a complete coolant flush but needed it in the next 24 hours. I had an MOT booked for the car and asked about the coolant flush. The owner said they would try but could not compromise other appointments that had been made which is a very reasonable and ethical stance. But, a few hours later I got the call that the work had been done and at a very reasonable price. They knew I was under severe time pressures and could have used that to up the price but didn't. Sometimes the auto industry has a poor reputation but these guys are the real deal: ethical, don't over promise, good rates and do what they say. Highly recommended. A fantastic garage that I have used for the past 4 years with both mine and my wife's cars. They are always very accommodating, patient and courteous with good honest prices to boot. All our MOT's are done here where they are able to carry out all work necessary to bring the vehicle up to standard without worrying about taking somewhere else to get fixed. In the past I have fully re-built my own engine and replaced a fair number of other components too, where I normally carry out all the work myself, although since coming to The Garage I have total confidence that my car is in safe hands and am fully confident in their professionalism. Sadly I am moving away from the area where I don't believe I'll find another garage of this high standard. Thank you for the 4 years of worry free motoring.
