What a lovely place to have your nails done ! Mother and daughter are so lovely! Definitely recommend them both !

Kristina and Anna have always gone above and beyond for me and anyone who visits the shop when I am there. It’s the perfect place to go for nails and other services whilst having a chat and a coffee! My nails are perfect and in the best condition they have ever been. Best place to go in the area.

I have been coming to Anna at The White Rooms for acrylic nails since 2018, and I’d never go anywhere else! She always does the prettiest nail sets and does whatever design I like. The salon is a lovely atmosphere too. Couldn’t recommend Anna and The White Rooms highly enough!

I have been coming to The White Rooms in Shefford for just over a year now, since I moved to the area. I come every 3 weeks for nails, toes and eyebrows. The staff here are so lovely, we always have a laugh and my nails and eyebrows are always spot on. I literally can’t fault this place. Make an appointment, you won’t be disappointed.

I went today for eyebrow wax, tint and leg wax first time. Amazing I felt so welcomed like I’d been going for years The best attention to my eyebrows I have had for years very friendly and warm I would recommend Kristina in a heartbeat In fact I have told my daughter to go there the attention to detail and customer service was the best I’ve experienced in a while 10/10 xx

Rang up today to try and book an appointment! Mission impossible! Spoke to Mollie who was very sweet and a trainee! Offered to do nails for £10 and lots of availability but i explained i would need an experienced nail technician due to the amount of detail i have and i feared cut fingers! But i didn't say that part as i didn't want to cause offence. I was then passed over to a experienced technician named Christina. I asked her any appointments for evening at all, she advised me that they keep the evening appointments for there regular clients! Shocking ay!! My theory is to become a regular client you need to accept new clients to give them a chance to be a regular client! I have decided to pass on this nail bar, customer care already sounds extremely poor! If i could rate the telephone experience as a zero i would and thats without even attending the shop!

Acrylic Nail Service- Unreliable - appointments are cancelled at the last moment and you can never reach them by phone. Appalling customer service.

I cannot recommend enough, lovely little beauty business in the heart of Shefford nothing is too much trouble, if a nail breaks pop in, in no time its fixed with a smile and a good laugh to boot ! (entertainment is hilarious ! if you know you know) i always look forward to having my treatments professional clean environment with plenty of knowledge and excellent products and advice. thank you ladies for always making me feel welcome and wonderful when i leave xx

Excellent service, always very kind and helpful. I have a lady called Clare who couldn't be nicer. She always listens to what you want done and is a really great hairdresser. I couldn't ask for a better stylist plus she is excellent at colouring.

First time customer having my nails done and had such a good experience. Made to feel really welcome and loved the relaxed friendly atmosphere. Really recommend these guys, they are a keeper ❤
