Prompt and responsive, and the ESD kit does what it says on the tin! Also, the only provider I could find who supplies the ground plane and accessories as well.

Email response was initially a bit slow (just a bit though) but once the process was started, we had very good and quick communication. The rented material was sent to us nicely ahead of time (so no stress for us). Secure packaging and material quality were spot on.

Applied for a job here and got told it was down to me and one other person and they would let me know but they have left me hanging. I sent an email asking what's going on with no reply i also turned down another job opportunity whist waiting to hear. I would not recommend this company very unprofessional.
