Where do I begin . We had our kitchen designed and fitted by New Kitchens. The kitchen was designed and fitted and 8 years down the line it is as good as new. The design was so different to all the others and great advice was given in terms of options. To this day if I need anything (new plug, and new washer dryer) Neil and the team came back out to support the fitting and sourced a plug for a corion sink. Clare is so helpful , and I’m so pleased we used New Kitchens, the customer really is at the heart of what they do, along with great kitchens and outstanding fitting.

I spent ages over a good few days trawling the internet trying to find a part for a kitchen base unit I have. I decided to contact my local kitchen installers - New Kitchens - to at least advise me on where/how I can obtain what I needed. Low and behold they had exactly what I was looking for. Within a couple of hours I was able to collect the item from them. They went above and beyond expectations and if I ever want a new kitchen installed I'll certainly know where to go. Over the years we have used many professional companies and servi ces, but we have never encountered anything like the truly exceptional service we have had from New Kitchens. We are really delighted with the finished kitchen which we anticipated to be quite a stressful experience as we knew we would be without a kitchen for a couple of weeks and the project involved knocking down a wall between our kitchen and dining room and the replacement of floors and ceilings. We were completely wrong as everything was organised for us and they even set up a temporary small kitchen for us to use while the usual one was out of commission. Without exception everyone we met from New Kitchens was a pleasure to deal with and the fitting team of neil and grant were outstanding in their professionalism and attention to detail. The whole job was project managed for us and they used their own recommended plasterer and electrician so everything went smoothly and we didn’t have to wait for other specialists to come in. All the guys were considerate, clean and tidy and a pleasure to have in our house. Several times they went the extra mile for us with extra personal touches like neil coming over in the evening to reinstall the toilet for us when he knew we were anxious about not having one. Claire drove round our house to bring a late arriving sink so that it could be fitted for us in time for the weekend. The whole job was finished in half the time we anticipated and as we look back it couldn’t have gone any better thanks to the team’s excellent work, professionalism and dedication. The design which Rachael patiently produced for us is a pleasure to use and works and looks brilliant. We had our new extension kitchen fitted by New Kitchens in 2004. We needed some maintenance doing on the doors to a carousel in 2015 and more recently needed the valves in taps at the main sink replacing. Neil Chouffot did all of it very very efficiently. What excellent care, service and attention! You will be hard pressed to find a better outfit to look after you.
