We contacted Bryan to removed two large trees and two stumps from our front garden. We wanted this done quite quickly as we were having our drive way renovated. Bryan did a drive by that afternoon and advised a plan of action and recommended a tree removal company as I was having issues locating a reputable company ( we were also really happy with this company ) Bryan then popped back again, in his own time, at our request after the trees had been cut down, to check that he would be able to complete our desired level of removal to finish our drive. He advised that we needed to remove a bit more of a wall (a job my husband had done) to allow him to get access to achieve the depth of removal on the day. This was really helpful as it gave us the time to get this wall out before he came to remove the stumps. Bryan turned up on time to complete the job, he was friendly and professional. He completed way more work than he quoted us for yet didn’t charge any extra. Bryan was always friendly, he was very patient with the amount of phone calls we made to him asking for advice before he completed the job for us and he was never pushy. What a fantastic service. Credit to Byran, I needed a conifer stump removing and from making the booking Byran kept me fully update on his arrival, what equipment he will be bringing and when he arrived he talked me through process. I was very at easy whilst Byran was removing the stump as he had all the Health & Safety in place.
